Registration, Now Open!

The options: manual only:  $40 manual + recipes:  $60 the virtual program:  $120 (repeat detoxers:  $100) What's a detoxer to do? When just the manual + recipes is right for you. Let's say you want in, but are traveling up the wazoo between June 12 and June 21.  This is a good option.  You'll get the bare bones, and can conquer the work at a later date that YOU set.. when you're not flying all over the world for work, or taking the kids to Disney.   Neither of which are the best time to detox.  You want to be able to carve out, a little, not a lot, of me-time.  Besides, if you're in Napa, the last thing you want to be scaling back on is wine + cheese. Your kitchen, and the work, will be there when you get home.   Invest now.  Read on the plane.  And hunker down later. When just the manual is right for you.   Let's say moola is like a pair of tight-y whities right now....

a sample email... was it worth it?

So.   I've made it my personal, and daily mission, with delirium + grit tantamount to his, to keep our shedding machine of a dog, out of that side of the house.   I used to have no boundaries when it came to Moose.   My basic attitude toward him was this:   what's mine is yours, big guy.   You want to stink up our carpet?   sure thing.   Sleep in our bed?   no problem.   Rummage through our dirty laundry and eat my underwear?   have at it.   What's that?   You want...

A little about me, my background + yoga philosophy.

+ about me: Hi there.   Some call me Sue.   Some  call me Susie.   My husband calls me Suze.   But mostly, I go by 'mama'.   To 3 little birdies who all want to sleep in our bed. I am reliant on my yoga block + the Blessed Mother. I am loyal to malbec + my husband. I hang twinkle lights in the kitchen + my kids artwork in big ol gold frames in the dining room. And if you catch me wearing jeans, its a special occasion.   I believe in yoga pants, or else. + my background: I am a {Whole-istic} Health Coach, Certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC.   And am a proud graduate of Gopi Kinnicutt’s 200hr Yoga Teacher Training @ Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs, NY.   I also hold a BA in Psychology and M.Ed in School Counseling from the University of New Hampshire. Founder of Nourish and Flourish, I link my passion {and compassion} for people + food by leading timely workshops and cooking cl...
